Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

Techdafide ("the Company") offers various technology services, including but not limited to software development, website design, digital marketing, and consultancy.

2. Agreement

By engaging the services of Techdafide, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Deposits

a. Clients are required to pay a deposit to initiate any project or service.
b. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced, except in cases where Techdafide fails to fulfill its obligations as outlined in the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

a. Payment terms are outlined in the agreement between Techdafide and the client.
b. Invoices are due and payable within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

a. Upon receipt of full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables.
b. Until full payment is received, all materials, including but not limited to designs, code, and concepts, remain the property of Techdafide.

6. Confidentiality

a. Techdafide agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of the project.
b. Clients are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared with Techdafide during the project.

7. Project Scope

a. The scope of work for each project will be outlined in a detailed agreement. Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost, subject to mutual agreement.

8. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations.
b. In the event of termination, Techdafide shall be compensated for the work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability

a. Techdafide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
b. The liability of Techdafide shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the services rendered.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising shall be settled through arbitration.

11. Acceptance

By engaging the services of Techdafide, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
